We collect account information, workspace content you submit, billing metadata handled through Stripe, usage events, support messages, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers. Card entry, authentication, and tax calculation are handled by Stripe.

• Account data: name, email, sign-in provider, plan, and billing identifiers.
• Customer content: URLs, prompts, reports, creative assets, approvals, CRM records, and campaign context you choose to submit.
• Operational data: product usage, request status, error logs, security events, and analytics needed to improve reliability.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide the product, generate and improve your growth assets, secure the platform, process billing, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified usage data to improve product quality and understand feature adoption.

3. Processors and sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to run Velnezo, including cloud hosting, database, analytics, payment, email, and AI model providers.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share customer workspace content with third parties for their independent advertising use.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain audit records.

You may request deletion of your account or personal data. Some records may be retained where required for security, tax, billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data.

We respond to verified privacy requests within legally required timelines.

6. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where supported, least-privilege operational practices, and approval gates for sensitive automation.

No internet service is perfectly secure. We continuously improve controls and investigate reported issues promptly.
