These Terms govern your use of Velnezo. They are written to make responsibilities clear for customers using platform-generated strategy, content, automation, billing, and campaign tools.
You are responsible for your account, workspace activity, credentials, connected channels, and users you invite.
You must provide accurate information and use Velnezo only for lawful business purposes.
Velnezo generates strategy, copy, creative drafts, and automation recommendations. You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, publishing, and using outputs.
High-impact actions such as spend, publishing, outreach, and sensitive customer operations should be reviewed before execution.
Subscriptions, Spark credits, and other purchases are processed by Stripe. Taxes such as VAT are calculated at checkout where applicable.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, access continues until the end of the paid period.
You may not use Velnezo to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful spam, bypass platform rules, generate deceptive content, or harm systems or people.
We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.
Growth projections, ROAS estimates, revenue forecasts, and product walkthroughs are informational and not guarantees of business results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velnezo is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
